FUTURE TOURISM PROFESSIONALS PROJECT

The Future Tourism Professionals Project is a TURAM collaboration project established between Antalya Bilim University (ABU) and our partner hotels, in line with the goals of the Ministry of National Education and the Ministry of Tourism, in order to train the tourism managers of the future, close the qualified workforce gap in the tourism sector, and enable graduates — particularly from vocational high schools as well as other high schools — to continue on to university education.

Within the scope of this project, the cost of students' lunches is covered by ABU, while tuition fee expenses are covered by ABU's partner hotels. Students also complete internships at the relevant hotels during each year of their associate or bachelor's degree programme in order to gain work experience. Students who complete internships in different departments throughout their university education are also given employment priority after graduation.
