Our School of Tourism students gain experience in decision-making processes and have the opportunity to actively participate in management through the Management Shadowing program in the spring semester of their fourth year. Within the scope of this program, students work full-time three days a week alongside a manager in the sector.
Through this program, our students quickly adapt to professional life and managerial roles, build self-confidence and awareness, discover their leadership potential, and take the first step in their careers toward professional business life.
