Students of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department at Antalya Bilim University successfully presented their projects developed as part of the courses “Food and Sustainability,” “Restaurant Management and Entrepreneurship,” and “Information Technology for Gastronomy.”

The event featured inspiring projects, including innovative restaurant concepts, recipes created with local ingredients, carbon footprint calculations, compost production from kitchen waste, sustainable farming and beekeeping practices, as well as AI-supported website designs.

We congratulate all our students for their outstanding presentations and extend our gratitude to the jury members for dedicating their valuable time to evaluate the projects. We wish our students continued success in bringing a sustainable perspective to gastronomy!
