A Short Biography (Speaker): 

He was born on 03.09.1966 in Bandırma. He finished primary school in Bartın Cumhuriyet Primary School, secondary school, and high school in Karamürsel High School. In 1985, he won Istanbul Technical University Sakarya Engineering Faculty Industrial Engineering Department with first place and graduated from the same school in 1990. He completed his foreign language education as an advanced student at New York City University Baruch College between 1993-1994.

 

In 1999, he conducted an audit study covering 350 companies on Mercedes Benz's 2000 year syndrome and founded the Millennium Computer and Technical Consultancy Limited Company in the same year.

 

• He is currently working as a Mentor and Consultant in Lean Production such as 5S, Kaizen, SMED Line Balancing at Mercedes-Benz Türk, Kordsa, Sanko SuperFilm companies.

• Mentoring in 3 start up projects on behalf of Tübitak

• Ensuring the system automation of 1 Center, 3 Regions, 1 Warehouse, 1 Factory within the Işık group in 2004-2005 and ensuring and executing the transition of Mikron to the first MyERP project.

• Training and consultancy with different content for blue and white-collar employees on effective communication

• Basic training and consultancy, which can be applied by SMEs on Lean Manufacturing issues such as 5S, Kaizen, SMED, Line Balancing, Internal / External Analysis

Training and consultancy for the establishment of standard times

• Establishment of manufacturing processes, determination of times, training, and consultancy

Enterprise Resource Planning system management training and consultancy

• Long-term training programs for KKP / ERP and Lean Production Management for senior students in the Industry and Business departments of our universities such as Sakarya, OnDokuz Mayıs, Dumlupınar, İstanbul Şehir, Gaziantep, Dokuz Eylül.

Trainings for SMEs in MMO, Kosgeb İmes and İkitelli
