The Antalya Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, in collaboration with P.O.Y.D. and LaTuYaB, organized the “Sustainability Academy,” which included the “Gastronomy and Zero-Waste Kitchen Symposium” on February 4, 2026. At the symposium, Assistant Professor Evla Mutlu from our Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts gave a presentation on “Being a Responsible and Ethical Consumer,” while Assistant Professor Çağla Çavuşoğlu McKenzie gave a presentation on “From Local to Global Sustainable Heritage: Geographical Indication."
