Cheese-Making Workshop in Collaboration with Yörükoğlu Dairy Products / May 11, 2023
Master cheese-makers and food engineers from Yörükoğlu Dairy Products provided hands-on instruction to our Gastronomy and Culinary Arts students in the Antalya Bilim University (ABU) gastronomy training kitchen, demonstrating the essential stages and craftsmanship of traditional village cheese production. Alongside artisan cheese-making, students also engaged in preparing a chocolate cheesecake and styling gourmet cheese platters.
