September 13, 2024 – TELP Culinary Bridge 2024
As part of the cross-cultural 'TELP Culinary Bridge 2024' initiative, Antalya Bilim University (ABU) Gastronomy and Culinary Arts students collaborated with TELP exchange students in the ABU culinary training kitchens. The joint practical session focused on intercultural culinary heritage, where participants prepared traditional recipes including Ottoman honey sherbet (bal şerbeti), Hünkar Beğendi (Sultan's Delight), the indigenous Antalya-style pumpkin dessert with tahini and walnuts (Antalya kabak tatlısı), and Kazakhstan's celebrated traditional pastry, Chak-Chak (Çak Çak)."
