Awareness Project for Women Students by  Turkish Aeronautical Association – Antalya International University

Within the scope of Women of Aviation Worldwide Week, TAA and ABU organized an event to raise awareness among students about the importance of women in the civil aviation sector.

Within the scope of the event of the Institute for Women of Aviation Worldwide (iWOAW), in order to raise awareness to improve the standards of modern life by introducing the different branches of aviation, a trip to Er-Ah Flight School for ABU students who attend TAA ASAL Aviation trainings, based in Isparta.

Visit to Aircraft Maintenance Facility

ABU students had the chance to see the maintenance and aircraft airframe painting works in TAA ASAL Aircraft Maintenance Center.  Students also took lots of photos during the trip which aimed at introducing the pilot trainings. Women students were given all the theoretical information at Süleyman Demirel Airport, and then they observed the engine run-up, take-off and flights of the aircrafts of Er-Ah Flight School.
