New Year Tree Design Competition Exhibition | 27 December 2024 - Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design

This year, the New Year Tree Design Competition, organized by the Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design, provided a unique platform for students to showcase their creative potential by bringing together cinema, interior design, and sustainability. All Interior Architecture and Environmental Design students had the opportunity to participate in the competition. Participants reimagined New Year trees inspired by world-famous movie scenes, designing them with sustainable materials to seamlessly fit into these cinematic settings.

The winning designs were announced at the award ceremony held on December 27, 2024. The jury evaluated the projects based on their alignment with the film's aesthetic, conceptual depth, creativity, sustainability, and overall aesthetic quality to determine the most successful entries.
