On December 27, 2024, students of the Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design at Antalya Bilim University met with 2021 alumni Aynur AYDIN, Erzem YAPRAK, Ezgi Bilecen YAPRAK, and 2022 alumna İrem OFLU for an Alumni Forum event. The event provided a valuable opportunity for students to share knowledge and experiences regarding their future careers in the field.
The Alumni Forum offered a great opportunity for the newly enrolled students of the department. The participating alumni first introduced themselves and shared their professional experiences in interior architecture. They discussed the challenges they faced, the ups and downs of their careers, and their successes, providing inspiration to the students.
During the forum, the alumni answered students' questions and offered valuable advice on topics that students were most curious about regarding their careers in interior architecture. They also shared the challenges and exciting moments they encountered during their time as students. Along with the fun memories, they reflected on the intense work schedules and stressful periods in their professional journeys.
The aim of the forum was to provide students with insights into the profession and to better prepare them for their careers in interior architecture. The alumni presented examples of how they applied the knowledge and lessons learned during their studies, giving students a closer look at professional experiences in the field.
This event provided students with the chance to connect with alumni who serve as role models in terms of education and experience in the field. It allowed them to gain new perspectives for their future careers and contributed to the development of professional networks.
