Within the scope of the IAED 4102 Interior Architectural Project Management course, conducted by the Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design at the Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture of Antalya Bilim University, under the coordination of Asst. Prof. Dr. Başak KARADUMAN and accompanied by Res. Asst. Müge DEVELİER, events bringing students together with industry professionals are consistently being organized. In this context, Architect Mukaddes KORKMAZOĞLU, the founder of YSL Architecture, who actively continues her architectural practice gn projects, was hosted as a guest speaker. During the event, the speaker shares her real-life experiences in office organization, team management, project flow planning, and construction site processes, ensuring that students gain in-depth knowledge of business development and project management elements such as scheduling, budgeting, and service tools. By emphasizing how design decisions translate into the field and the importance of interdisciplinary coordination, students are provided with valuable awareness regarding technologically based collaboration methods for built environment disciplines. Simultaneously, by addressing professional ethics and communication processes with engineering teams, guiding advice is offered regarding the challenges young professionals might face when entering the sector.
