On October 9, 2025, a wearable accessory fashion show was held within the scope of the IAED 2001 Space Design Studio III course in the Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design at our University’s Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture. The teaching staff for the course included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Shirin IZADPANAH, Asst. Prof. Dr. Enes Can KILIÇ, Lec. Dr. Melda YILDIZ, Lec. Dr. Narin FARAVAR TAŞDEMİR, and Res. Asst. Hakan BAL.
The event aimed to have students abstract spatial concepts they developed within the studio and transform them into wearable accessory designs that can be exhibited on the body. Thus, the goal was for students to experience the design process firsthand and enhance their creativity through interdisciplinary collaboration.
During an intensive three-week work period, students focused on producing creative and functional design solutions by experimenting with various materials and techniques. This process aimed to develop their three-dimensional thinking and expression skills.
The fashion show displaying the wearable accessories took place at the B Block Foyer Area of Antalya Bilim University Döşemealtı Campus. The event provided students with the opportunity to present their work to the entire university community and strengthened interdisciplinary interaction through the participation of viewers from different departments.
We congratulate all our students who showcased their creativity in this meaningful and enjoyable event, and we sincerely thank the esteemed academic staff who contributed to the realization of the program.
